Another Round With Social Media

My first post on here was about the difference between your personal and business social media and the need to keep them separate. Today, I want to stress another negative side on not keeping your social and work posts on different sides of your life.

Have you ever been waiting for an answer from a colleague, sometimes for days, while at the same timing seeing their posts on Facebook or Instagram? Then you start to wonder why they have time to post, maybe even business-related posts, and subsequently being frustrated that they have time for that but not to answer your work-related questions.

I am not suggesting you stop posting or following. But for the procrastinator, realize your cover is blown. So it’s best to handle pressing business matters before you hit that submit

Enough said–you get the point. I need to get back to Facebook and post where I had lunch today plus a couple cute pet photos.
