As we have promised for some time now, a special performance is coming to Indiana, Pennsylvania, March 31. The Wong Doe and Jones Duo will be in town to provide a special fund raising chamber recital to benefit the Chibuike Victor fund. The duo will perform a variety of music for cello and piano.
Both Wong Doe, IUP piano professor, and international concert cellist, Jones, will perform a variety of music for cello and piano before setting off on a performance tour of the U.S. and Canada. IUP cello professor, Linda Jennings, will join Wong Doe for a duet. We are also planning to share a pre-recorded video of Chibuike greeting and thanking the recital’s audience.
The benefit chamber recital will take place at the Indiana home of Kay Smith the evening of Monday, March 31, 2025, and will be catered by well known local chef, James Rickard. Valet parking will be provided. Cost will be $150 per person with close to 100% of money raised going to the Chibuike Fund.

- The Chibuike Fund is managed by Hank Knerr of Raising Arts, based in Indiana, PA. All persons involved in this project, including Knerr, receive no compensation and provide services gratis.
